Wash the lettuce and the radicchio under running water and slice them very thin.
Cut the peach in half and cut into small pieces. You can also grill it on the griddle to make it crispy for a few minutes. Wash the carrots and cut them into julienne strips. Into a large bowl put some radicchio and lettuce salad, some strips of MIA Carpaccio style, the Gorgonzola cheese broken into pieces, the walnuts (even toasted nuts), the peach and complete your salad with dressing.
