- 1 cup Red Quinoa, rinsed
- 1 cup Yellow lentils, rinsed
- 1 cup fresh shelled fava beans (from about 1 pound pods) or frozen, thawed
- Cured cheese (for ex. Asiago cheese)
- 1 Radish
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
